The addition of Schmachtl in Austria, bwm Solutions in Germany, and Movicontrol in Spain strengthens a collaborative model based on local engineering, plant expertise, and industrial integration.

At Kivnon, we continue to strengthen our partner network with the addition of Schmachtl, bwm Solutions, and Movicontrol. This expansion addresses a specific operational need: to support AGV and AMR projects with local technical expertise, knowledge of the industrial environment, and on-site support throughout the solution’s entire lifecycle.
In intralogistics automation, geographic coverage alone is not enough. Each project requires an understanding of material flow, production cadence, layout, loading and unloading points, interaction with people and other equipment, safety requirements, traffic management, and integration with existing systems such as PLCs, WMS, MES, ERP, or fleet management systems.
That is why, when we bring on new partners, we are not just looking for a presence in new markets. We are looking for teams capable of contributing to the entire solution: from the technical analysis of the process to integration, commissioning, support, and the ongoing development of the installation.
This approach reinforces our intralogistics automation model, which is based on industrial mobile robots, management software, operational logic, integration, and local services. Technology must adapt to the customer’s actual process, not the other way around.
Kivnon's partner network includes complementary profiles in markets with different industrial needs.
Schmachtl, headquartered in Linz and operating in Austria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, brings expertise in the Central European industrial landscape and experience in technical solutions for sectors with high reliability standards.
bwm Solutions, located in Lilienthal, northern Germany, develops solutions for special-purpose machinery, robotics, and control systems. Its expertise in industrial integration, process automation, quality control, and machine vision is well-suited to AGV and AMR projects where the vehicle must coordinate with production cells, transfer stations, and existing production flows.
Movicontrol, based in Zaragoza, offers turnkey implementation capabilities using its own in-house teams specializing in mechanical design, electrical engineering, and the programming of robots, PLCs, and HMIs. This capability is particularly important in sectors such as the automotive, food, and home appliance industries.
For Kivnon, selecting a partner is not just about opening up a market. It involves ensuring that each project can be evaluated, implemented, and maintained using local technical expertise. In industrial mobile robotics, the success of an implementation depends on how the AGV or AMR is integrated into the process: routes, priorities, traffic, waiting points, sequencing, interfaces with external equipment, safety protocols, maintenance, and future scalability.
The partner network makes it possible to bring this capability to each market, combining a local presence with Kivnon’s engineering support. This model is particularly relevant for projects where the solution must coexist with active production lines, automated warehouses, operators, forklifts, industrial robots, ASRS systems, or planning and control software.
The value lies not only in the robot itself. It lies in the ability to integrate it into the intralogistics workflow in a controlled manner: coordinating tasks, managing traffic, connecting systems, and ensuring safety.
The addition of these partners is part of Kivnon's ongoing expansion of its international presence. The company currently operates in more than 40 countries through 25 active partners.

Beyond Europe, Kivnon continues to focus on markets with growth potential for intralogistics automation, including Latin America and the Middle East. In these regions, the adoption of AGVs and AMRs depends both on technological maturity and on the ability to adapt the solution to local operating conditions, infrastructure, support, and scalability.
Kivnon designs, manufactures, and implements AGV and AMR solutions to automate repetitive intralogistics tasks, improve material flow control, and reduce operational risks. Its end-to-end approach encompasses technical consulting, simulation, manufacturing, deployment, integration, fleet management, and maintenance.
The expansion of the partner network reinforces this approach. In an industrial plant or logistics center, automation does not mean replacing a manual movement with a robot. It means redesigning part of the workflow so that it operates with greater control, greater safety, and less reliance on unplanned manual interventions.
With Schmachtl, bwm Solutions, and Movicontrol, Kivnon is expanding its local technical capabilities in key markets to continue developing industrial mobile robotics solutions tailored to each customer’s specific processes, layouts, and integration requirements.
