A super-compact omnidirectional AGV designed for all types of environments, capable of lifting and carrying up to 1,000 kg with autonomous navigation.
Kivnon has developed a new and entirely different AGV that represents a revolution in Industry 4.0. This automated guided vehicle, named the K41 Slim, combines a 1,000 kg lifting capacity with omnidirectional movement. In this way, it streamlines operations while maintaining 360-degree perimeter security at all times. Additionally, the omnidirectional K41 Slim is even more efficient and has greater autonomy thanks to its lithium-ion batteries.
Its height is another unique feature, as it is less than 210 mm, making it an extremely versatile AGV capable of operating in all kinds of environments and on various types of trolleys.
Regarding the movement of the omnidirectional AGV, Kivnon has also distinguished itself by implementing free navigation—that is, without any reference points on the surface. This technique, based on SLAM technology and known as mapping, allows the Kivnon K41 Slim omnidirectional AGV to build a map of its current location. At the same time, it uses that map to determine its position in unfamiliar surroundings and environments in real time.
The K41 Slim embodies the user-friendly innovation philosophy that Kivnon has always applied to all its products, bringing fluidity and simplicity to processes as complex as those found in industrial settings.
All these features in a single AGV make the K41 Slim a unique product on the market. In this way, Kivnon remains committed to innovation, offering solutions that set trends in Industry 4.0.
This new autonomous vehicle is just the first in a series. It will be on display for the first time from February 19 to 21 at LogiMAT in Stuttgart, one of the world’s leading trade shows for the logistics industry.
