Kivnon has been recognized by more than 500,000 companies as the most competitive SME of 2018.

Kivnon has been named the most competitive SME of 2018 at the 32nd edition of the SME Awards, an annual event organized by PIMEC. The organization recognizes the best business initiatives that demonstrate the ability to overcome challenges, contributing to socioeconomic progress and job creation.

The award was presented at the annual charity ceremony, presided over by Quim Torra Plan, President of the Government of Catalonia, who also presented the awards.

Kivnon has experienced exponential growth in recent years, doubling its revenue and tripling its workforce compared to 2016. One of the main reasons for this remarkable growth is the company’s expansion into international markets. In addition to its established office in Germany, Kivnon has opened, within a single year, one office in Vitoria, two in Slovakia, and sales offices in Mexico and Brazil.

Innovation has also been a key factor in recognizing the award winner as the most competitive SME. Kivnon has always been known for its commitment to innovation, as evidenced by the new products it releases each year. In fact, the AGV K41 Slim, Kivnon’s latest development, was named the best innovation of the year at the IFEMA exhibition center in Madrid a couple of months ago.

During their acceptance speech, the company thanked “everyone who has supported and helped us over the past few years—customers, partners, and suppliers—but above all, our wonderful team, which makes us more competitive every day,” concluded Luis Gómez and Juan Prieto, the owners of Kivnon.
